Who we are

Tarikh is operated by FastFlowUp Pty Ltd ("FastFlowUp", "we"). For any privacy question or request, email support@fastflowup.com or call +880 1725-556809.

What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, role), the case and hearing data your chamber enters, and minimal server logs (request paths, error traces) required to keep the service running. When your chamber pays for a plan, we keep the payment record (plan, amount, date and status); card and bank details are entered on the payment gateway's own page and never reach us. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Client information your chamber enters (names, phone numbers, case details) belongs to your chamber. We store and process it only on the chamber's behalf, to run Tarikh.

How we use it

Solely to operate the product. Cases and clients are scoped to the chamber that owns them; no cross-chamber reads are possible. Email is used only for sign-in, password reset and the morning digest you can disable.

Mobile apps

The Tarikh apps for Android and iPhone use Google Firebase for two things only: Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver the morning digest notification (it receives a device token and the notification text), and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports (device model, OS version, app version and the crash trace; no case data). Photos and documents you attach are uploaded only when you choose them. Neither is used for advertising or tracking.

Clause AI

Clause is optional and asks for your permission before its first use. Your questions are answered by an AI model from a trusted AI provider, which processes your question, the earlier messages in that conversation, and the law sections and judgments Tarikh finds for it. Your case and client records are not shared unless you type them into a question, so please leave out client names and personal details. Conversations are kept in your account and deleted after 7 days without use, and they are never used to train AI models. If you report an answer, a copy of that question and answer is kept so our team can review it. You can withdraw permission at any time in the app's settings.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers to run Tarikh: cloud hosting and database, Google Firebase (push notifications and crash reports), an AI provider for Clause, a payment gateway for subscriptions, and an email delivery service. They process data only to provide their service to us and are bound to keep it secure and confidential. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is hosted with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and encrypted in transit. Backups are encrypted at rest.

How long we keep it

Account and chamber data: for as long as the account is active. After you delete your account or cancel your chamber's plan, we delete the data within 30 days, and it leaves our encrypted backups within up to 30 days after that. Clause conversations are deleted after 7 days without use. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your control

You can export your cases to CSV, export each case as a PDF, or request account deletion (see the account deletion page) by emailing support@fastflowup.com.
