Privacy
A plain-English overview of how Tarikh handles chamber data. This page is informational; the full policy will be linked here when finalized for general availability.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, role), the case and hearing data your chamber enters, and minimal server logs (request paths, error traces) required to keep the service running. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
Solely to operate the product. Cases and clients are scoped to the chamber that owns them; no cross-chamber reads are possible. Email is used only for sign-in, password reset and the morning digest you can disable.
Where it lives
Data is hosted with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and encrypted in transit. Backups are encrypted at rest. We will publish provider and region details before general availability.
Your control
You can export your cases to CSV, export each case as a PDF, or request account deletion by emailing info@fastflowup.com.
