Terms
Tarikh is in alpha. These terms describe the relationship between us (the team) and you (the chamber using the product) during this period.
Acceptable use
Use Tarikh for the legitimate operation of a law chamber: tracking cases, hearings, clients and chamber-mates. Do not use the product to store unrelated personal data, run unsolicited messaging at scale, or attempt to bypass chamber isolation.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of the data your chamber enters. We hold a limited operational license to display it back to you and run product features (search, exports, the morning digest). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Clause AI
Clause AI is a research aid, not legal advice. It cites Bangladesh statutes and Supreme Court judgments to help you find the source faster, but it can be incomplete or out of date, and a cited case may have been amended, distinguished or overruled. You are responsible for verifying the current law and the standing of any authority before relying on it in a filing or before a court. We make no warranty that its answers are accurate, complete or fit for any particular matter, and we are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on them.
Availability
Tarikh is in alpha. Expect occasional downtime and rare feature changes. We will announce material changes by email to chamber seniors.
Pricing
During alpha, paid plans honour the prices shown on the public pricing page at the time of subscription. We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing the price of an active subscription.
Termination
Either side can end the relationship at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops further billing; we keep your data accessible for export for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it.
