Pay the term amount from the mobile wallet your chamber already uses. No card is required, and there is no foreign-currency conversion to explain to the accountant.
No auto-debit, ever
A prepaid term ends when it ends. We remind you before the date, and you renew only when you choose. Nothing is charged without you tapping pay.
A grace week, not a locked door
If a term lapses, the chamber gets a seven-day grace period so nobody loses the day's list while the renewal goes through.

Is there an auto-debit?
No. Tarikh never stores a payment method and never charges automatically. You pay for a term up front by bKash or Nagad, we remind you before it ends, and you decide whether to renew.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial includes every diary feature for up to ten members, without a card. When it ends you pick a 3, 6 or 12-month term to keep going. Your cases, hearings and clients stay in place while you decide.
Can I get a refund?
Terms are prepaid and run to their end date, so there is no partial refund for unused months. If a payment went through twice or something is clearly wrong, message us on WhatsApp and we will put it right.
Does Tarikh charge for SMS?
No. Tarikh does not bill per message. Client updates go out through WhatsApp from your own phone number, so the only cost is what your operator already charges for data.
What does a large chamber pay?
Chambers with more than ten members get a custom quote that covers onboarding, priority support and a dedicated contact. Tell us the size of the team and we will send a number in taka, not a form.
Is Clause AI really included?
Yes. Every paid term includes Clause AI with statute answers and Supreme Court case-law search, with a shared allowance of 750 messages per chamber per month. It is not an add-on, and it is not available on the free trial.
Which term should I choose?
The 12-month term is the cheapest per month at ৳150, the 6-month term at ৳175 is the most popular, and the 3-month term at ৳200 suits a chamber that wants a full quarter before committing.
