Delete your Tarikh account

How to request deletion

Email support@fastflowup.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. In the Tarikh app you can also open Settings, then Delete account, to find the same contact. We reply to confirm it is you before anything is deleted.

What we delete

Your user account, sign-in sessions, profile photo and the push-notification tokens of your devices. If you are the only member of your chamber, the chamber and all of its cases, hearings, notes, fee entries and files are deleted too.

What stays with your chamber

If other members remain in your chamber, the cases you created or were assigned stay with the chamber so its diary is not broken; your name is removed from your account. Payment records required by law are kept for as long as the law requires.

How long it takes

We complete confirmed requests within 30 days and email you when it is done.
